Description

The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is embarking on a search for an exceptional individual with the passion to deliver on our vision and help us create a truly global and competitive City Region at the heart of the Northern Powerhouse.
We are currently seeking to recruit a new Director of Integrated Transport, working with the Metro Mayor, LCRCA and key regional and national stakeholders to lead the strategic direction of our transport functions across the LCR. Your role will be to translate our policies and strategic objectives into operational delivery as well as managing multiple high-profile infrastructure projects that will help us unlock the economic potential of the LCR and accelerate economic growth.

You will twin strategic leadership with exceptional experience of delivering complex transport projects, alongside the confidence to communicate with a diverse stakeholder community. Candidates will need a strong understanding of regional development and strategic transport, the determination to drive economic growth, the ability to work with partners to deliver tangible outcomes, and the skills to operate successfully within a complex governance framework.
